- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
