Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  5. Add the rice to the skillet, stirring to coat with the oil, then pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream, stir gently, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
