  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Add the rice and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.

  6. Cover and transfer to the preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
