- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the orzo and cook until al dente, according to package instructions.
