  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frosting
  • 8 pretzel twists
  • 16 candy eyes
  • 8 red candy noses

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add in the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling them about two-thirds full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
  7. Once cooled, frost the cupcakes generously.
  8. Decorate with pretzel twists for antlers, candy eyes, and red noses.
