Easy SIDE DISHES : Garlic Parmesan Corn On The Cob

This easy side dish features fresh corn on the cob coated in a delicious garlic parmesan butter.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the garlic parmesan butter mixture over each ear of corn.
  5. Wrap each ear in aluminum foil and place on the grill.
  6. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove from the grill, unwrap carefully, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some red pepper flakes into the butter mixture.
