- 4 ears sweet corn
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
