Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the kale thoroughly and remove the stems.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Remove the turkey bacon and set aside. In the bacon drippings, add olive oil and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add the kale to the skillet and stir-fry until wilted.
  5. Crumbled the cooked bacon over the kale and season with salt and pepper.
