  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the cauliflower into thick steaks.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on both sides and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, top with shredded cheese, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
