Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the kale into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the kale to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and serve warm.
