  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and beef broth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  5. Shred the beef and serve over rice, garnished with green onions.
