  • 2 cups diced potatoes

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add diced potatoes and chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in frozen peas and carrots and reduce heat. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and flour until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the cream mixture to the pot, stirring continuously until the soup thickens.
  6. Add cooked turkey bacon back into the soup and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
