  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same pot, add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add sauerkraut, chicken ham, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and caraway seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit turkey bacon and ham and use vegetable broth.
  • Adjust seasoning based on personal preference.
