- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground turkey and season with salt and pepper.
- In a crockpot, combine cooked turkey, bacon, onion, celery, carrots, beef broth, diced tomatoes, potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese before serving.
