- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the steak strips and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
