- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onions and bell pepper.
