  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add cabbage, carrots, ginger, and garlic, stirring until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, then mix in green onions and chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes and serve warm.
