  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla to the sugar mixture, mixing well.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
