  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packages ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili paste
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken thighs and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, chili paste, and garlic, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
