  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for glaze
  • 2 tablespoons milk for glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients and milk until just combined.
  6. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  7. Divide the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let them cool completely before preparing the glaze.
  10. To make the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with mild until smooth and drizzle over the cooled cupcakes.
