A delightful twist on classic macaroni salad with a tropical touch.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, pineapple, bell peppers, celery, and turkey bacon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and mix until well combined.
