- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 garlic bread rolls
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
