- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup corn, cooked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
