- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
- In a separate bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and flour until smooth. Add to the skillet and stir to combine.
