  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the orzo, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the feta in the center of the dish and bake for about 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and stir in the spinach and basil.
