  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
