Hobo Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make hobo casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and vegetables, cooking until heated through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer the bacon, chicken ham, and vegetable mixture in a casserole dish.
  6. Pour the soup mixture over the layers and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables or spices as desired.
  • This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked when ready to serve.
