- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast; let it sit until foamy.
