  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the onion until translucent.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables, cooked chicken, and turkey bacon; stir to combine.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper; gradually stir in chicken broth and milk until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and mix well.
  6. Fill the pie crust with the chicken mixture and cover with another crust, sealing the edges.
