Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in honey and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in diced peaches.
  7. Pour batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
