  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup colored sugar for decoration
  • 1 plastic baby (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Stir in the yeast mixture, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until fully combined.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and form it into a ring. Place it on a baking sheet.
  7. Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Cool and decorate with colored sugar and the baby if using.
