Italian Stuffed Meatloaf

Deliciously stuffed meatloaf featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, eggs, and parsley.
  3. Lay out turkey bacon in a rectangle overlapping slightly.
  4. Place the meat mixture over the turkey bacon and flatten it.
  5. Layer chicken ham over the meat mixture, then roll tightly.
  6. Place the rolled meatloaf seam-side down in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped onions and bell peppers to the mixture.
  • Serve with marinara sauce and garlic bread.
