  • 1 cup BBQ sauce, low-carb
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, mozzarella or cheddar
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together chicken, BBQ sauce, cauliflower rice, half of the cheese, green onions, and spices.
