  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, and cooked sausage.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables and sausage, stirring to combine.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
