Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and ginger.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to make the dipping sauce.
  6. Serve meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less Sriracha to the mayo dip.
  • These meatballs can also be grilled if preferred.
