- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
