  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Mix in lemon zest and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  6. Roll the balls in crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar.
  7. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
