- 2 cups hash browns
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine hash browns with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Press hash browns into a greased muffin tin to form the base.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk, and add in the turkey bacon, cheese, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown cups.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the egg is set and the tops are golden.
