- 2 large russet potatoes
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the russet potatoes into fries and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
