  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream, parmesan cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other seasonings to taste.
  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
