- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream, parmesan cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
