1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 pound cooked shredded chicken
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Fold in the steamed cauliflower carefully.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is bubbly and golden.
