Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla, beating well.
