- 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate cookies
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla until well blended, then pour over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, remove from oven, and let cool.
- Once cooled, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and fold in mini marshmallows. Spread over the cooled pie.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
