Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.

  3. In another bowl, beat together butter, eggs, vanilla, and food coloring.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
  8. Top with the remaining brownie batter and swirl lightly with a knife.
