  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic, green onions, paprika, turkey bacon, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  6. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
