No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake

A delicious and easy-to-make dessert that combines layers of graham crackers and a rich chocolate pudding filling, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 container whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract.
  3. Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish, topping with half of the pudding mixture, then another layer of graham crackers.
  4. Repeat the layering, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
