No Bake Lemon dazzling Blueberry cream Cake

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add lemon juice to the mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  7. Top with blueberries before serving.
