One-Pot Cheesy Orzo

A delicious and easy one-pot meal featuring cheesy orzo, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in the diced chicken ham and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add orzo, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is cooked.
  6. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
