One-Pot Cheeseburger Orzo Skillet

A delicious and convenient one-pot meal that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with orzo pasta.

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the orzo, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the orzo is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
