Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fold it into the whipped cream mixture.
  5. Fold in the crushed Oreos gently until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the mousse over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Top with crushed Oreos before serving.
