1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter, followed by the sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
