  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then add onion and bell peppers.
  3. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Lower heat and add heavy cream and garlic powder.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes, then stir in provolone cheese until melted.
  7. Season with black pepper and garnish with parsley before serving.
